Each of our Case Handlers participates in a structured induction programme which includes;
Client Requirements
All staff are made fully aware of clients' general requirements as well as receiving case specific instructions on an individual basis. Further feedback arising from client discussions or the trial process is briefed back to the team on an ongoing basis.
Processes and Procedures
All staff are required to adhere to SG Consultancy's rigorously defined processes and procedures across all stages of case management.
Evidence Gathering & Recording
SG Consultancy's staff are trained not only in how to elicit evidence but the manner in which it needs to be recorded through the use of contemporaneously recorded notes which are in turn monitored remotely by senior management.
Statement Preparation
All statements are CPR compliant and each one is subject to the quality control process.
The Trial Process & Giving Evidence
Staff are trained in court procedures and management work closely with counsel to ensure evidence is delivered in a professional manner.
The induction programme is closely linked to the quality control process and is complemented by quarterly workshops and seminars with leading counsel.
